Talk about the use and operation of domestic anesthesia machine

2021-11-12

The domestic anesthesia machine is a general anesthesia aid and respiratory control device, especially suitable for respiratory depression caused by some anesthesia operations. In the case of general anesthesia, the patient is unable to breathe independently, so an anesthesia machine is needed to help the patient breathe.

The principle of domestic anesthesia machine:

The domestic anesthesia machine sends anesthesia into the patient's alveoli through a mechanical circuit to form a partial pressure of anesthetic gas. When dispersed into the bloodstream, the system is directly suppressed, resulting in the effect of general anesthesia.

Working principle and process: Air source - flowmeter - volatile tank - fresh gas, then the ventilator is sent to the patient's CO2 absorption tank, and then returned to the ventilator to discharge the gas from the ventilator.

The air source can be oxygen, laughing gas and air, and the air source can be the central gas supply pipeline and backup gas cylinder.

The use and operation process of domestic anesthesia machine:

1) Check whether the air source is correctly connected to the power supply;

2) Check whether the oxygen pressure is normal, whether the sodium lime is discolored, and whether the medicine inhaled in the volatile tank is sufficient;

3) Check the flow meter knob;

4) Check the start-up situation and self-check the machine;

5) Correctly connect the circuit components and check the leakage. Under manual control, adjust the flow rate of fresh gas to 0.12L/min, quickly inflate to 25-30cm water column, and the pressure does not drop within 15 seconds;

6) Select breathing mode: manual or IPPV mode, and adjust the APL valve switch to the corresponding position;

1) When 1)MAN manually sets the appropriate APL value according to the patient's condition;

2) The IPPV machine control mode needs to correctly set relevant parameters such as moisture according to the patient's situation;

7) Set the corresponding alarm limit;

8) Connect the patient, check the operation of the machine, and make relevant records;

9) After the operation is complete, turn off the power and air supply after standby.
