The tube stretching machine is mainly used for the necking of various balloon material tubes, including nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, PET, etc., and is the pre-step of the balloon forming process. The equipment can stretch three tubes at a time, with the left and right stretching module systems firmly clamping, precise positioning, and precise stretching, and the products after stretching have good consistency and repeatability. It consists of a stretching unit, heating unit, and control unit.
The balloon forming machine is a desktop equipment used for the forming of balloons. It is suitable for the forming of balloons of various plastic tubing. Various forming parameters of the product are controlled by the PC system, with the real-time display of process parameters such as charts and curves on the HMI; the stretching during the forming process is driven by a servo motor, with real-time feedback of the stretching force value; equipped with a cooling module to quickly heat up and cool down the balloon mold. It is capable of producing high-quality balloons, with high processing accuracy and good repeatability.
