The heart valve Fatigue Test device evaluates the accelerated fatigue endurance of transcatheter or surgically implanted aortic, mitral and pulmonary valves. The device is driven by a voice coil motor that pushes fluid through the test valve to simulate the opening and closing of the valve in a clinical environment in vivo. The test displacement and frequency can be adjusted to accelerate the test frequency up to 20Hz.

The Heart Valve Fatigue Test Device performs accelerated test evaluation of fatigue durability performance for transcatheter implantation or surgical implantation of aortic, mitral and pulmonary valves. The device is driven by a voice coil motor that pushes fluid through the flow test valve, mimicking the opening and closing of the valve in an in vivo clinical setting. The test displacement and frequency can be adjusted, and the accelerated test frequency can be up to 20Hz.

 

Equipment features:

◆ Voice coil motor control, the motor has no bearing and no friction.

◆ The test chamber is completely transparent, and the test status of the test sample can be observed in all directions.

◆ The test unit contains 1 inflow and 1 outflow liquid pressure sensor.

◆ PC control system, dedicated test software real-time display of test curves, continuous recording of test data, test data can be exported.

◆ The number of cycles, reference line, displacement and frequency can be set by software.
