Product Details

Hot shrink equipment combines the functions of preheat shrink and overall shrink. First, place the front part of the guide wire that needs to be pre-shrunk onto the outer tube on the holding platform, then heat through the heating module to evenly shrink the outer tube onto the guide wire, then pass the tube to be shrunk overall through the stretching platform, move at a constant speed through the heating platform, and evenly shrink the product.
The equipment can process 10 products at a time, driven synchronously by rollers. Controlled by PLC and HMI, the system is stable and has a parameter storage function.
It mainly consists of a holding unit, heating unit, motion unit, and control unit.
