The principle of the blowing hot shrink equipment is that the C-type nozzle conveys hot air to the surface of the plastic tubing, encapsulating or shrinking the heat-shrinkable polymer material onto metal materials or other polymer materials to form a composite catheter. It has two independent channels, with temperature, air volume, and movement speed independently adjustable, and the temperature control system uses a closed-loop system for good stability. The control system uses PLC and HMI for human-machine interface, with simple program settings and easy operation.
