The braiding machine is mainly used in the medical field for the production and processing of braided tubes, micro-catheters, angiographic catheters, guide catheters, and other products. Spools wound with nitinol, stainless steel wires are installed on the weaving shuttles, and through the action sequence of the gear disc, the wires are alternately woven and covered on the core axis/inner tube of the product. The equipment controls the rotation speed of the disc through PLC and sets the movement speed of the traction mechanism according to the product PPI, completing the weaving of a single product or the entire process from unwinding to rewinding.
