The automatic spring winding machine, controlled by PLC, transfers springs onto the catheter. The core wire rotation drives the auxiliary wire feed, and the auxiliary wire moves forward during the feeding process; through this relative motion, the auxiliary wire is wound onto the core wire. This process can adjust the density of the winding by adjusting the rotation speed of the core wire and the feed speed, setting different parameters for different needs of the screen wire. The equipment has a parameter storage function.
