The RC-104 heat treatment furnace heats the annealing material (stent) in a high vacuum up to 1,200℃ to achieve oxidation-free, decarburization-free, and no carbon penetration, which can remove phosphorus scale on the stent surface, remove burrs and slag after stent cutting, thus achieving a bright and purified surface effect of the stent.
