The PU balloon forming machine is used for the forming of balloons made of PU and TPU. It is mainly used for products such as vertebral balloons, urological balloons, and cryogenic balloons. Various forming parameters of the product are controlled by the PC system, with the real-time display of process parameters such as charts and curves on the HMI; the stretching during the forming process is driven by a servo motor, with real-time feedback of the stretching force value. It is capable of producing high-quality balloons, with high processing accuracy and good repeatability.
