The heat welding machine is a machine designed to bond plastic tubes of the same diameter. During the welding process, the left and right tubes to be welded are fixed, the mold melts the welding area of the tubes, and then the advancing motor slowly moves to the left, achieving the butt welding of the tubes. The materials of the tubes include nylon, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, PET, etc. The equipment consists of a heating unit, motion unit, and control unit.
