The dual-balloon forming machine is a desktop equipment used for the forming of balloons. It is suitable for the forming of balloons of various plastic tubing, and can form 2 products at a time.Various forming parameters of the product are controlled by the PC system, with the real-time display of process parameters such as charts and curves on the HMI; the stretching during the forming process is driven by a servo motor, with real-time feedback of the stretching force value; equipped with a cooling module to quickly heat up and cool down the balloon mold. It is capable of producing high-quality balloons, with high processing accuracy and good repeatability.
