The GC-102 tubing cutting and flaring machine is used to cut various types of plastic tubes, such as PE, PTFE, PU, etc., and while cutting the tubes to a set length, the front end of the tube is heated by a mold to form a flared shape. It uses PLC and servo motor control for the tool and workpiece movement to complete the precise cutting and flaring. Customer can choose between “cutting only” and “cutting and flaring” functions according to their requirements.
